2018-19 SCHOOL YEAR begins AUG 8 for Kindergarten -  12th Grade
and Aug 20 for Thelma B Johnson Preschool

Online Registration for the 2018-19 school year must be completed before Aug 1

to help with class and classroom assignments for ALL students.  

School staff is available during regular school hours from July 23 - Aug 7 for registration help.

ALL students in Henderson County Schools MUST have an online registration completed

by their Primary Parent/Guardian to be enrolled in for the 2018-19 school year.  The term

Primary Parent/Guardian means the person with whom the student resides with the majority

of the time.  

        Summer Online Registration Help

Computer use for parents needing Online Registration help during the summer will be

available in 2 ways:

 1. Each local school with staff available most of the time from July 23 - Aug 7.     

      2. The Technology Support Center next North Middle School will be available
          Mon-Thurs 7:00am to 3:00pm.  

The ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK is located within the primary parent/guardian's Infinite 

Campus Parent Portal account.  Primary Parents/Guardians are encouraged to complete 

registration as soon as possible to assist with classroom and class assignments.

Online Registration should be done on a desktop computer, Chrome book, or laptop,

NOT a mobile device like a phone, iPad, or tablet.

All CURRENTLY ENROLLED students within a household can be registered at one time.

If the household of a CURRENT student has a NEW preschooler, kindergartner, or NEW

student to Henderson Schools who is being registered, the NEW student can be added

at the end of the registration for the CURRENT student's registration process.

All NEW students to Henderson County Schools who do not have a CURRENT student in

their household, MUST go to the local school to do online registration and provide the

required NEW STUDENT forms.

Infinite Campus Parent Portal Users

Parents:  It is important to log into your portal account at least once a month to keep you

account active. 

Parent Portal Password Resets can be done by clicking the FORGOT PASSWORD link

on this page under the log in boxes.  Passwords must be a minimum of 9 characters,

any combination of letters, numbers, or symbols  There is a FORGOT USER NAME link

as well. 

First Time Parent Portal Users who are parents of currently enrolled students will need to

get an Activation Key by calling 270-831-8784 or email OLR@HENDERSON.KYSCHOOLS.US

Once you have an Activation Key:

Click the "Infinite Campus Parent Portal" link on any Henderson County School

web page.

Click the "Click Here for Parents with an Activation Key" link

Use the Key and set up your User Name and Password. 

Parents who use the Mobile App for Parent Portal who get a message their account need

attention should delete the app and install a new version.  Our district ID is Henderson.
